Order Delivery Procedure
Once the order is completed, your products will be routed to the address you selected through ELTA Courier. We keep in touch with you by phone or email to ensure delivery.
In case of cancellation of the order, and in case the amount has already been paid (order without cash on delivery), we immediately inform the payment service you have used (eg PayPal) to refund the amount. Our reaction time does not exceed two working days.
